TOO long service delay for DE1807BSVD0141AC

hello, I do NOT think the ptoblem will resolve itsself by time, my client want a replacement, or money back from LG fir his LG-ESS

again the service is lausy, DE1807BSVD0141AC out of service since 5 months !

I think I will discuss the subject on Linked-IN, OK ?

  any news?

  I am also still waiting for 70 Days (DE1806BKRD0131C3).
  Just getting ignored on Zendesk. No response since 19.01.2026.

  I am now in contact with German television and they are considering broadcasting a report about my case or LG at all.
  We are still looking for other affected customers.
